Fees that year

College Board’s 2025-26 counsellor guide listed the SAT Weekend registration fee at $68, with a $29 change fee and a $34 late registration fee. Students testing outside the US also paid the international registration fee. Both the change and late fees rose for 2026-27.

What this means

This cycle is now over. If you sat the SAT in 2025-26, your scores remain usable for admissions; check each university’s own policy on how recent scores must be. If you are planning ahead, use the 2026-27 calendar, which keeps the September date. Register well before the regular deadline to avoid late fees and to get a centre near you, and check your device against the current Bluebook requirements, which were raised for 2026-27.
